Fit-Day the 13th!

While waiting for the apparition of the Our Lady of Perpetual Youth, I, the humble subject, thought of something better to do with my time.  And since we were about to embark again in some lung-busting jogging, I decided to buy myself a cup of healthy refreshment.

The Roma and Charlie Stall No.1 is located at the Shopping Center of the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
Everything's actually good but considering the activity for the night, I chose...
Orange+Ginger+Cucumber for improved skin texture and moisture and reduced body heat for Php 35.00 12oz cup, yum! :-)

Finally, Goddess arrived and we continued our pilgrimage to physical utopia!

Looked empty but there were actually scores of joggers and bikers that time, parking was full.
Refuelling!
Cooled down in the meticulously mowed park at the back of the...
Quezon Hall of the University of the Philippines-Diliman.

After the much needed breather, it was time to eat healthy.  Since we were in UP already, I brought her to...

located at the second floor of Bahay ng Alumni in front of the Film Center.  I and my MBA friends used to frequent the place for case studies so I was happy to be back...

for the bottomless iced freshly brewed tea with a carafe of syrup to sweeten it @Php 70.00.  I like that because it gives me the freedom to adjust it to my liking.

We wanted to try the Chicken Apple Salad but they ran out of stock as it is a bestseller, so Goddess had Tuna sandwich and I Chicken Asparagus sandwich instead,  and swapped halves of our sandwiches.  Both were good but I love the Chicken Asparagus better, I thought it had some weird ice cream taste in it, maybe because of the mayo or something.  Both sandwiches @ Php178.00 each.  Filling without the bloated feeling.

She loved the ambiance, especially...

with the love songs being played on the piano and violin.  Until some manong took the mic and started, well, "singing" like a drunk uncle of the bride in some crepe-paper-decorated wedding reception somewhere.
